Drupal Asia Pacific Conference

I been managing production processes for 12 years and in the last 6 that has focused specifically on content. I've been involved in content distribution networks for the last 7 years, and now I focus exclusively on Drupal projects with an emphasis on installation profiles and new functionality that can be contributed back to the Drupal project. I am most skilled at scoping projects based on new and existing technology and building project plans for the scheduled on budget implementation of the features.

I ran my own Drupal shop from 2004 until 2007, Peer Producers LLC, when I joined Raincity Studios to focus on clear definition of the processes necessary for scoping and managing Drupal build out projects.
